Here’s a snapshot of our past summits!

In 2023, our annual leadership summit brought women and male allies together over two days to celebrate gender diversity and the power of community.

Over the two days, 100 participants shared their experiences,  discussed solutions, built connections and broke barriers towards a more inclusive scientific community.

Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies, Mr Heng Swee Keat graced the summit as a guest of honour and spoke at a special fireside chat with our CEO, Dr Juliana Chan.

To heat things up, we consciously designed an all-male-panel titled ‘Allies in Action: Championing gender equality for all’ with four brave male allies who are leaders in their fields. On the stage, they tackled hard-hitting questions from the audience and shared their experiences and insights on how we as a community can push the needle and work towards gender equality.
